Exclusive partner programme

Run your own branded ordering platform without building one.

Sell marketing, ecommerce, ordering, loyalty and delivery to your restaurant clients under your own name. We build it, host it, update it and support it. You keep the client and you keep the margin.

Founding partners

We were the original founding partners of GloriaFood's partner reseller programme.

We did not design this from the outside. We were there at the start of the reseller system thousands of partners sell, and we carried a book of our own. These are the terms we wanted back then.

Who it is for

For people who already look after restaurants.

If restaurants already trust you with their website, their tills or their marketing, ordering is the natural next thing to sell them.

  • Agencies and web studios
  • EPOS and hardware resellers
  • Consultants and marketers
  • Delivery operators
  • GloriaFood partners
  • New partners starting out

What you get

Your brand on the front. Our team behind it.

Everything below comes as part of the programme. There is nothing to build, nothing to host and nothing to maintain.

Full white label

The platform carries your brand, your name and your look. Your clients and their customers see you, not us.

Your own domain

Run the whole thing on a domain you own, so your clients sign in at your address rather than ours.

Partner support

A direct line to our team rather than a general queue. We work as your back office when a client needs something.

Territory exclusivity

Available as a programme benefit. Tell us the region you cover and we will check whether it is still open.

Hosting and updates

Servers, security and every new feature are ours to worry about. Your clients get the updates without you shipping anything.

The whole platform

Marketing, ecommerce, ordering, loyalty and delivery, all of it, sold under your brand rather than pieced together.

Ordernised Intelligence

The whole menu, imported in about five seconds.

Our GloriaFood importer lifts the lot: categories, items, prices, modifiers and every photo.

Moving your clients

The book you already have, trading on your platform.

Venues already taking orders move one at a time, each switched over on a date that suits that kitchen. Nobody loses a service to the move.

On the counter

Familiar on purpose, so nobody relearns service.

The tablet keeps the shape a kitchen already works to. A switch nobody notices never comes back to you as a support call.

  • Nothing new to teach mid-service
  • New orders on top, clock running
  • Every order type in one list

How the commercials work

We charge you monthly. You decide what you charge.

A monthly fee per restaurant. Whatever you charge on top of it is yours.

  • No cut of your invoice. The monthly fee is the only thing we bill you.
  • No contract. Month to month, so venues come and go as your book does.
  • Rates per partner. Priced on the size of your book and how fast you grow.

New

A service charge, set by you.

The diner pays it at checkout, on top of the basket, so the venue still takes the full value of every order.

For example

  • 5%of the basket
  • 75pminimum
  • £2.49maximum

or

  • 50pflat, on every order

The floor keeps a small order worth taking. The ceiling keeps a large one looking reasonable.

Your call

Variable, venue by venue

Fixed or a percentage, with a floor and a ceiling if you want them, and changed whenever the venue changes. A quiet high street takeaway and a busy outlet do not need the same number, and none of it is set by us.

  • High street takeaway75p flat
  • Busy outlet5%, 75p to £2.49

Opt to run one and a percentage of it comes to us, agreed as part of your rate. Leave it off and there is nothing on the order at all.

The timeline

From application to a book that is trading.

Here is what the first month actually looks like, including the part most partners worry about: moving clients who are already taking orders.

  1. Day one

    You apply

The form at the bottom of this page. Your territory, your client book and what you sell today. Five minutes, and a person reads it.

  2. Within 2 working days

    Discovery call and territory check

We walk you through the platform properly, confirm whether your region is still open, and put your rate in writing. Nothing to sign to get that far.

  3. Week one

    Your platform goes live

Your branding, your domain and your partner account, set up by us. Then a training session for whoever will run it day to day, and a direct line to our team afterwards.

  4. Weeks two and three

    Your first venues move across

We rebuild each menu in full, carry over the opening and service hours, redraw the delivery zones and fees, then place real test orders before anything points live. Each venue switches on a date it picks, and its customers notice nothing.

  5. From week three

The rest of the book, venue by venue

We keep working down your list at whatever pace suits your clients, free, while you go and sell the next ones. Once you are running, a brand new venue takes a few working days from the moment you send us its link.

Before you apply

The questions partners actually ask

You do, completely. You hold the agreement with the venue, you invoice them and you decide the terms. We never contact your clients to sell to them, never quote them a rate and never appear on their bill. As far as the restaurant is concerned, the platform is yours.

Your clients contact you, on your number, because the product carries your name. Behind you sits a partner support line straight to our team, so you are never the only person who knows the answer. If you would rather we take the harder tickets, we can pick them up in your name instead of ours. You choose which way round it runs.

The restaurant's, every time. Order confirmations, receipts, delivery notifications and marketing emails all go out under the venue's own name and look, from an address the venue controls. Where a platform name would normally appear, yours does. Ours appears nowhere a diner can see it.

A service charge can sit on orders, and it is not billed to you. The diner pays it at checkout rather than the venue, so your client still receives the full value of every order. It is variable and it is yours to set, venue by venue: a percentage of the basket with a floor and a ceiling, for example 5% with a minimum of 75p and a maximum of £2.49, or a fixed amount such as 50p on every order. Running one is optional, and where you do, a percentage of it comes to us as part of your agreed rate. It is separate from the monthly fee we charge you.

We work through a book in batches rather than all at once, so nothing is rushed and no venue is left half moved. A handful go live in the first fortnight, and most books of twenty to fifty are fully across inside six to eight weeks. The pace is set by your clients rather than by us, so a venue in the middle of its busiest month simply waits its turn.
