Delivery Logistics

Everything the apps do. None of the commission.

Live tracking, automatic dispatch and a real ETA on every order, the way your customers already expect it to work. What changes is the bill: a flat cost per drop instead of a slice of every basket.

  • 0%commission on the basket
  • 700drivers across the East Midlands
  • 24/7dispatch team in Derby

The commercial bit

A price per drop, not a cut of the order.

A marketplace takes a percentage, so the better your order value, the more it costs you. Ours does not move: a £60 order and a £12 order cost the same.

A marketplace

A share of
every basket

  • Scales against you. The bigger the order, the bigger their cut.
  • Their customer. The name, the number and the order history stay on their side.
  • Their rules. The fee the customer sees is set by them, not you.

Ordernised

A flat cost
per delivery

  • Fixed per drop. Priced on distance, agreed up front, unchanged by basket size.
  • Your customer. Every detail lands in your own CRM and stays there.
  • Your call on the fee. Absorb it, pass it on, or split it. See below.

Who pays for the drop

You set the split. Not us, and not a marketplace.

The delivery cost is a number you can move. Most venues change it by zone, by day, or by basket size once they can see what it does to their orders.

You absorb it

Free delivery at the checkout, the cost carried as a marketing spend. The usual move on higher margin menus and on the zones closest to you.

The customer pays

The fee sits on the basket like it does on any app. Your margin is untouched, and the customer sees the cost of the distance they chose.

You split it

A fixed contribution from each side, or free over a threshold and charged under it. The lever most venues end up using once the numbers are in front of them.

Three ways to get it there

Our drivers, your drivers, or someone else’s.

One dispatch screen sits over all three. Plenty of venues run their own team at quiet times, ours at peak, and a third party network when both are full.

Our fleet

Ordernised drivers

Around 700 drivers across the East Midlands, in our own kit.

DBS checked
Every driver on the fleet, without exception.
A proper bag
An insulated Ordernised bag on every driver, so food arrives at the temperature it left at.
On demand
Every order, peak only, or just the nights your own driver called in sick.

East Midlands only for now. Outside the region, the other two cover you.

Your team

Your own drivers

Keep deliveries in house, run off the same counter as every order.

The slip is the brief
Every delivery prints with the address and the contact details, so it goes out of the door with the driver.
Decide order by order
Your team while they are coping, ours when they are not. It is a choice on the tablet, not a settings change.
Too far is still a yes
When a run is too long for your own driver, send that one to our fleet to pick up rather than turning the order down.

Works anywhere you already deliver to, in or out of our own region.

A network

Uber Direct and others

National courier networks, plugged into the same dispatch.

Anywhere they run
Coverage well beyond our own region, on the same screen.
Still your customer
A courier moving the food is not a marketplace taking the order. The customer is yours.
Overflow cover
Falls back automatically when your team and ours are both at capacity.

Coverage depends on which networks run in your area.

The customer side

They watch it come down their street.

The tracking page is on your domain, in your branding. No app to download, no account to make, and no third party logo sitting where yours should be.

A live map, not a status word

On a drop our fleet is running, the driver moves on the map the way your customers already expect from every other delivery they order.

An ETA that is calculated

Built from the kitchen timing, the distance and the driver actually assigned, then updated as it changes.

A text when it matters

A confirmation when you accept, then another when the food leaves the kitchen. Sent in your venue's name, not ours.

Your branding on it

Your name, your colours, your domain. Nothing on that page advertises anyone but you.

Dispatch

A phone number that a human answers.

We run a dedicated dispatch desk in Derby, staffed around the clock. Not a chatbot, not a ticket queue, and not a support address that replies on Tuesday.

  • Open 24/7. Every hour you might be trading, including the ones nobody else picks up.
  • A real team, in one room. The same people, who know your venue and your zones.
  • They chase, not you. Driver running late, order gone wrong, customer not answering the door. That is their job, on their phone, not yours mid service.
  • Eyes on every order. The desk watches the board, so a problem usually gets caught before your kitchen notices.

Your rules

Zones drawn street by street.

Delivery areas are drawn on a map, not guessed from a radius. Every zone carries its own numbers.

Its own fee

The far edge of your range can cost more than the street behind you, because it does.

Its own minimum

A basket floor per zone, so a long run is worth the driver being on it.

Its own hours

A zone can close before the kitchen does, or open only at the weekend.

Its own promise

Delivery windows quoted per zone, so the ETA is honest before the order is placed.

Getting running

From postcode check to first drop.

Check the map

Tell us where you are. We confirm whether our own fleet reaches you, or which network covers your area.

Draw the zones

Areas, fees, minimums and delivery promises set around your streets and your kitchen timings.

Connect dispatch

Your ordering flow wired into the dispatch board, and the desk in Derby briefed on your venue.

Go live

Tracking on your domain, drivers assigned automatically, and a number to ring when you need a person.

Frequently asked questions

Our own fleet covers the East Midlands, with around 700 drivers on it. Outside that region you can still run delivery on Ordernised using your own drivers, a network like Uber Direct, or both. Tell us your postcode and we will confirm exactly what reaches you.

A flat rate per drop based on distance, agreed with you up front. It does not move with the size of the basket, so a large order never costs you more to deliver than a small one going the same way.

Whoever you decide. You can absorb it and offer free delivery, pass it to the customer at checkout, or split it between you, including free over a threshold and charged under it. It is a setting, and you can change it by zone or by day.

No. Use your own team, our fleet, a third party network, or any mix of the three. Many venues run their own drivers at quiet times and ours at peak, with a network as overflow when both are full.

Every driver on our fleet is DBS checked, and every one carries an insulated Ordernised bag so food arrives at the temperature it left the kitchen.

You ring the dispatch desk in Derby and a person picks up, at any hour. They chase the driver, deal with the customer and sort the order, so your kitchen is not doing it. The desk is watching the live board anyway, so most problems get caught before you notice them.

Yes. A live map on your own domain in your own branding, with the driver moving on it and an ETA built from the real kitchen timing and the driver actually assigned. No app download and no third party logo on the page.
