Integrations
Connect Ordernised to anything you already run.
Tills, accounting, couriers, marketplaces and marketing. If it has an API, a webhook or even a nightly file, we will connect it.
Systems our clients already run. Every connection is built to order, so tell us yours.
One flow
One order, and everywhere it has to land.
An order gets keyed into the till, then into the accounts, then texted to a driver. Connected, it happens once.
Nothing gets typed twice, and every system agrees on the same number at the end of the night.
The directory
What we connect
The systems clients ask for most. Each one is built to order, so pick yours and we will confirm the route, cost and timescale first.
Not on the list.
That is normal, and it is not a no. Most of the connections we build were not on anyone's list either. Tell us the name and we will look at it properly.
Product and company names are the property of their owners and appear here only to describe the systems we build connections to. Listing one is not a claim of partnership, endorsement or an existing live connection.
How we get in
Four routes, and one of them nearly always works.
Impossible usually means one route was closed, not all four.
The official API
Where the vendor publishes one, we build against it properly, authenticated with your account and scoped to the access it actually needs.
Webhooks and middleware
Events pushed the second they happen, with a layer in the middle that translates one system's language into the other's.
Files and feeds
Plenty of good systems still speak CSV, SFTP or an emailed report. We collect it on a schedule, check it and import it, with nobody opening a spreadsheet.
Built from nothing
No API, no feed and no documentation. We have connected systems like that before, and if yours genuinely cannot be done we will say so on the call, not after the invoice.
Requesting one
From asking to always in sync
No discovery fee, no workshop, and no commitment before you know what it costs.
Tell us the system
The name of it, and what you want to stop doing by hand. Two lines is enough to start.
We check the route
We read the documentation and come back within a working day with the route, the cost and the timescale. Sometimes the answer is no, and you get that just as fast.
Built on real data
Built, then run against your live figures in a sandbox until the totals match on both sides.
Watched after go live
Connections fail quietly when a vendor changes something. Ours are monitored, so we usually know before you do.
Request access
Ask for the one you actually need.
Tell us what you run. A developer looks at it, not a sales queue, and you get a straight answer within one working day.
- Free to ask. Checking whether a system can be connected costs you nothing.
- An honest no is possible. If a vendor has locked their platform we will tell you.
- Already a client or not. Either way, ask.

Real stories
Payments, accounts and dispatch, all talking to each other.
Albatross Cars quote, book and pay on a platform we built, with Stripe Connect, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna wired in and over a thousand corporate accounts running on the same system.

Frequently asked questions
The things people ask before an integration starts. If yours is not here, the form above goes straight to a developer.
Usually, yes. The directory is the list people ask about most, not the limit of what we can do. Send us the name through the form on this page and we will read the documentation, check what access the vendor allows and come back within one working day with a straight answer.
We hear that often, and it is usually one route that is closed rather than all of them. Between an official API, webhooks, a scheduled file export and a bespoke middle layer there is nearly always a way through. When there genuinely is not, we tell you before you spend anything.
It depends entirely on the system. A well documented API with a sandbox is quick work. An older till with no documentation takes longer because most of the time goes on proving it is reliable. You get the timescale in writing before anything starts.
Each one is scoped and quoted up front, because a two field sync and a full ledger reconciliation are not the same job. There is no charge for asking, and no discovery fee to find out what your particular system would take.
Connections are encrypted in transit, authenticated with credentials you own and can revoke, and scoped to the minimum access the job needs. We do not copy data anywhere it does not need to go, and every flow is logged so a failure is visible rather than silent.
Each connection is built as its own module, so swapping your accounting package means rebuilding one connection rather than the whole stack. If a vendor changes their API, that is our problem to fix, and monitoring usually catches it before it reaches your team.
Where this goes next
Connected is the start of it.
Once the systems are talking, the work between them can run on its own, and the numbers finally add up in one place.
Tell us what you run.
We will confirm whether it connects, what it takes and what it costs, within one working day and before you commit to anything.
