Custom Ecommerce

Ecommerce built around how you actually sell.

Not a theme with your logo on it. The storefront, the basket and the checkout, built around what you actually sell.

Shopify, Wix, Squarespace

Great, until your product stops fitting the box.

Plenty of shops run happily on one. It stops the moment what you sell needs a rule it was never drawn for. If a template will do the job, we will tell you so.

On a template

  • Another app, and another monthly fee
  • Whatever the theme allows
  • A flat delivery rate, or a guess
  • One catalogue for every location
  • You rent it, and the terms can change

On a shop we build

  • Written into the build, no add ons
  • Drawn around what you actually sell
  • Rates by weight, postcode and cut off
  • Stock, hours and menu per site
  • The list, the data and the accounts stay yours

Fully custom

Every screen drawn for your catalogue.

We start from what you sell and work outwards. The listing, the product page, the basket and the checkout, all drawn around your range and your rules.

Beyond add to basket

The awkward parts, already built.

None of these are apps we bolt on and charge you monthly for. They get written into your shop, so there is nothing extra to subscribe to and nothing to break at the next update.

Bundles and multi buy

Price a set differently from its parts, and let the basket work the rest out.

Subscriptions

A repeat order that places itself, with the customer able to skip or stop it.

Pre orders

Sell it before it exists, with the dispatch date set from the start.

Limited drops

A window that opens, sells what there is, then closes on its own.

Personalisation

Names, dates and messages captured on the product, not in a notes box.

Gift notes and gift cards

Sent to someone else, with the price kept off the delivery note.

Trade accounts

A second price list behind a login, for the customers who buy by the case.

Delivery date choice

The customer picks a day you can genuinely pack and dispatch for.

Postcode rules

Where you deliver, what it costs there, and where you simply do not.

Selling nationwide

Ship to the whole country from one unit.

Going national is a logistics problem before it is a design one. We build the part templates handle worst.

  • Pick the dayOnly dates you can genuinely dispatch, with your cut off enforced.
  • Rates by weightOr basket value, postcode, or free over your own threshold.
  • Tracking, handledLabels and updates reach the customer on their own.

Collection and multiple sites

One shop that knows where it is.

More than one site, or something that cannot go in a box? The same catalogue reads differently depending on where the customer is buying, and a customer is only offered collection where the item is genuinely on the shelf.

Checkout

Pay the way they already pay.

VisaMastercardAmerican ExpressMaestroApple PayGoogle PayKlarnaOnelink

Cards, the wallets that make a phone checkout one tap, and Klarna where spreading the cost turns a browse into a basket. Everything settles straight into your own account, and we take no commission on anything you sell.

A customer leaving an Eclectic Collection boutique with her order

One we built

Chocolates that reach further than the counter.

The Eclectic Collection make chocolates and patisserie in London, and send them the length of the country.

We built the store that carries the range, so a customer three hundred miles from the nearest boutique sees the same counter as the one standing in front of it. Collection reads the shop and the day. Delivery opens the whole collection up to people who were never going to walk past the door.

How it gets built

From a conversation about your product to a shop that sells it.

Already on Shopify, Wix or WooCommerce? Your store stays live the whole way through, and the migration and redirects are ours to handle.

    Work out how you sell

The awkward parts first: the choices, the limits and the cut offs.

    Design the storefront

You approve the shop as a design, drawn around your catalogue rather than a grid.

    Build and connect

Payments, stock and delivery rules wired in, then tested against real orders.

    Migrate and launch

Products, customers and redirects brought across, then we keep building.

Common questions

Those are templates you rent and configure. This is a shop designed and coded for you. If your product fits a straight add to basket, a template will serve you well and we will tell you so. If it needs choices, rules, limits, lead times or a different catalogue per site, a custom build ends the fight with the theme, and usually ends the pile of monthly app fees with it.

No. You pay for the platform and for our work, and you keep every penny of every sale. Card fees are your payment provider's, not ours.

Yes. They are built as two separate journeys on the same shop, each with its own rules. Delivery gets dispatch days, cut off times and postcode based rates. Collection gets per store slots, opening times and its own stock position, so a customer is only offered collection where the item is actually there.

Yes. Products, customers and order history can be brought across from platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce, with the redirects mapped so the search rankings you have built up follow you over. Your current store stays live until the new one is ready.

Yes. The dashboard is built for people who are not technical, so adding a product, changing a price, closing a collection slot or marking something sold out takes seconds. We are on hand whenever you want something changed that is not in there.

It depends on how much of your catalogue is unusual, which is the first thing we work out together. A straightforward range moves quickly. A shop with lead times, per site stock and its own delivery rules takes longer, because those are the parts worth getting right. You get a timeline before anything starts, not after.

Tell us what you sell, and how you wish people could buy it.

If your product does not fit a normal shop, that is the interesting part.
