Restaurant GroupsMid-level

SalesLondon, UKHybridFull time
Apply for this role

Build relationships with London restaurant groups and turn well-researched opportunities into qualified sales conversations.

The job

You will focus on prospects with several sites or more involved buying processes. Your work will combine account research, stakeholder mapping and thoughtful outreach that reflects how a hospitality group makes decisions. You will collaborate with account executives and technical colleagues to identify credible use cases and avoid promising capabilities that have not been confirmed. This role suits someone who enjoys patient discovery and coordinated account development rather than treating every prospect the same way.

What you would be doing

  • Build target-account plans for restaurant groups within an agreed London territory.
  • Identify relevant operational, commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored outreach around a specific hypothesis about the account’s needs.
  • Run initial discovery and qualify business fit, timing and decision-making context.
  • Coordinate introductions to account executives and technical specialists when appropriate.
  • Keep stakeholder maps, meeting notes and opportunity context current in the CRM.
  • Support relevant industry events and share market intelligence with the wider team.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in business development, outbound sales or a comparable commercial role.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to connect product capabilities to a business problem.
  • Confidence speaking with multiple stakeholders and recording clear discovery notes.
  • Organisation and persistence across longer prospecting cycles.
  • Good judgement about qualification and when a prospect is not a suitable fit.

Useful, but not essential

  • Experience selling SaaS or hospitality technology.
  • Familiarity with multi-site restaurant operations.
  • Experience with account-based outreach or industry networking.

Tools you might use

  • CRM software
  • Account research tools
  • Email
  • Business calling tools
  • Presentation software

Your first 90 days

  • Days 1–30Learn the product and agree a focused account list with documented research hypotheses.
  • Days 31–60Run targeted outreach and hand over qualified conversations with complete stakeholder context.
  • Days 61–90Build a repeatable account-development routine and show progress through agreed pipeline-quality measures.

The practical bits

  • 2 days per week in the London office and 3 days working remotely within the UK.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Team hours are agreed with your manager. Customer-facing roles may occasionally require pre-arranged appointments outside standard hours.
  • Regular planned meetings and occasional hospitality events across London; approved business expenses are reimbursed.

What we offer

  • 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays
  • A company pension contribution
  • A £1,000 annual learning budget for courses, conferences or professional development
  • A company laptop and role-appropriate equipment; engineering roles include a development setup
  • Flexible start and finish times, agreed with your team around customer and collaboration needs
  • Wellbeing support and regular development conversations with your manager
  • Reimbursement of approved business travel and customer-visit expenses
