Restaurant Partnerships

How to apply

Introduce restaurants and takeaways to Ordernised, on hours you set, and earn £100 to £500 for every location that goes live.

This is a self-employed opportunity, not a job. There is no basic salary, no guaranteed earnings and no employee benefits. You invoice us for what you earn.

The opportunity

Ordernised helps restaurants and takeaways manage online ordering and everyday operations. We are looking for independent sales representatives who can introduce suitable restaurant partners and help them begin their onboarding journey.

You would research businesses, speak with owners, explain the product features relevant to them, arrange demonstrations and coordinate introductions. Much of it is field work: visiting restaurants in person, at the times and in the places you judge worth going, if that is how you prefer to sell. Ordernised handles the merchant agreements, the technical setup and the ongoing product support.

What you would be doing

  • Identify suitable restaurants and takeaways.
  • Build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
  • Understand their existing ordering setup and what the business needs.
  • Explain Ordernised accurately, using approved product information.
  • Register referrals and confirm eligibility before onboarding.
  • Arrange demonstrations and give a clear customer handover.
  • Follow the applicable marketing and data-protection requirements.

Commission

£100 to £500 for every qualifying restaurant.

£100 is the floor: every qualifying new location earns you at least that. What takes it higher, up to £500, is sales volume and any incentives agreed in writing before the work is done. Either way it is a one-off payment per location, not a recurring one.

A referral qualifies when

  1. We accept and attribute the referralBefore onboarding begins.
  2. The restaurant signs and sets upIts merchant agreement is signed and setup is complete.
  3. The restaurant goes liveAnd processes its first genuine paid customer order.

We pay within 14 days of both qualification and a valid invoice. The full terms, including how VAT is handled and what happens if a venue cancels, are set out in the partner agreement you sign before you start.

How you would work

  • You organise your own hours. There are none set for you.
  • No office attendance is required.
  • You can turn down any opportunity.
  • You can work with other clients. This is non-exclusive.
  • You manage your own ordinary business expenses and your own tax.

What Ordernised does

  • The merchant agreement with the restaurant.
  • The technical setup and the go-live.
  • Ongoing product support for the venue afterwards.

Before you apply

The questions we get asked.

If yours is not here, ask us and a person will answer it.

What does a freelance sales representative do?

You find restaurants and takeaways that would suit Ordernised, talk to the owner, explain what it does and arrange a demonstration, then register the referral with us. We take it from there: the merchant agreement, the technical setup and the support afterwards are all ours.

Is this a salaried role?

No. It is self-employed and commission only. There is no basic salary, no guaranteed earnings and no employee benefits, and you invoice us for what you earn.

Do I need sales experience?

Tell us what you have sold and who to, and add a professional profile if you have one. A person reads every application and replies either way.

Do I need a car?

Not necessarily. The work is field-based and how you get to a restaurant is up to you, but you organise your own travel and carry your own ordinary business expenses.

Is there a fixed schedule?

No. You organise your own hours, no office attendance is required, and you can turn down any opportunity.

How does the commission work?

Between £100 and £500 for each qualifying restaurant, as a one-off payment per new location rather than a recurring one. £100 is the floor. What takes it higher is sales volume and any incentives, and those are agreed in writing before the work is done.

When does a referral qualify, and when do you pay?

It qualifies once we have accepted and attributed the referral, the restaurant has signed its merchant agreement and completed setup, and it has gone live and taken its first genuine paid customer order. We pay within 14 days of both qualification and a valid invoice.

Can I sell anywhere in the UK?

Yes. It is UK-wide, and non-exclusive, so you can work with other clients at the same time. We are concentrating on Nottingham, Derby and Leicester first.

Apply

Four fields. That is the whole application.

No account, no portal, and no covering letter unless you want to write one. A person reads every application and replies either way.
